The “Total Rewards Study of the National Sport Sector” presents a detailed analysis of the findings of a study conducted by Mercer (Canada) Ltd. engaged by the Canadian Olympic Committee, Canadian Paralympic Committee, Sport Canada, Own The Podium and Canada Games Council.  A review of 82 Canadian National Sport Organizations/Federations and Multi-Sport Organizations examined compensation information on 19 benchmark positions and analyzed various practices related to employee benefits, pensions, pre-requisites, professional development, overtime and vacation.
