The “Human Resources Policy Manual” provides a comprehensive human resources policy manual template for NSFs operating within Canada. Through a summary of policies, procedures and practices related to human resources management, this manual can be adapted, modified and customized to suit the particular needs of each NSF.
The “Human Resource Scenarios Worksheet” provides six different scenarios that can be used in an exercise to determine the various ways to handle certain human resource related situations. Opportunities are provided within each scenario to act as the supervisor or as the employee.
