The “Detailed Exit Interview Template”, created by the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association, can be used during an exit interview with an employee. It provides the opportunity for the departing employee to discuss their rationale for leaving the organization, to rate their overall job satisfaction, and to provide their overall view of the organization.
