“Onboarding – Key Questions”, created by the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association, guides an employer in asking a list of key questions to new team members. These questions should help to motivate and inspire new team members as the employer learns more about each new employee at the same time. This process should contribute to making new team members feel valued and important.
