The “Panel Interview Guide”, created by the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association, can be used when conducting a panel interview with job candidates. The template includes sections such as introduction, skills and experience, problem solving, people engagement, values and cultural fit and a wrap-up and using a rating key provided, the members of the panel can each rank their overall assessment of the candidate.
