The “Recruitment Guide” is a support resource to sport managers in recruiting and selecting their staff.  It provides a summary of a recruitment process (from job descriptions to reference checks), a template for pre-screening applicants, a guide for developing screening tools, sample interview questions, a template rating guide and guidelines for conducting reference checks.
