The “Employee Termination Checklist”, created by the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association, provides a list of items that should be carried out in the event of an employee being terminated. It includes items that need to be collected from the employee, how to liaise with other departments to complete the termination process and a communication plan for internal and external contacts.
